This is section of a pole from a line that ran along the SPRR tracks from Brentwood, through Tracy, Ca. and was removed in the early 1970's. What made it unique was the CD 145 Hawleys with the backward "S" and the NEGM CD 162's in aqua & green on almost every pole. I never did find out what its purpose was. Anybody?
