And now, for something different, 3 inches wide, 4 inches tall, small inner skirt 3/8 inch deep, but this insulator has two [2] holes up in between the inner and outer skirts. Both 1/4 inch holes are on one side of the insulator. See next picture for inner skirt details, and the hole truth. On the shoulder there is a depressed oval, [unreadable because of glazing] and beside that is a depressed 1140. Lettering and oval are 1/4 inch high. Again, I am looking for a country of origin / use
