This is a picture of the bottom of my CD 162 Star with the RB (rounded base). Please note the mold line going across the base to the inside of the outer skirt. Also, on this insulator you can see that the inner skirt is about 1/16 of an inch longer than the outer skirt. This insulator does have the "Elmer Ring".
