Here is a profile comparison of the CD 162 Star, RB (rounded base), that I just recently found, and a CD 162 Brookfield No. 36, RB. Note that the upper lip of the wire groove of the Star (on the right) is thicker than the Brookfield (on the left). The Star does have the "Elmer Ring".
