Having spent a week exploring the area around PA, NY, NJ and CT I found the best place is Lebanon, PA where a railway runs straight through town with magnificent poles like this and it makes a change to see a pole that isn't covered in 154's and 155's. There are factories and commercial premises all along this railway which makes it impossible to get to any of this glass without someone spotting you.
