This is an uncommon Paderno MV insulator: it has 4 shells, and not five, as most of Padernos. It's 160 mm tall and consisting in two shells: the upper one is marked Richard Ginori Oct. 1930, the lower one dates nov. 1930. A very interesting piece for every Italian insulators lover!
