This is the dark, but not quite royal, purple. It passes enough light to glow in a sunny window. The color is a little darker than the photo. Many would consider this piece mint, but I know some of you folks, so let me describe the minor imperfections.

Everything is on the back, so, there's a very SHALLOW open bubble on the base about 3/8" wide and it turns up the back about a 1/4" and narrows quickly. There is a TINY wire rub on the lower wire ridge abut a 1/32" wide and less than 1/8" long. And finally, still on the back, there's a pencil tick that I just noticed just above the upper wire ridge.
