This is an output line from the Centrailia Steam Plant, a coal powerplant in washington. This has to be higher than 230 kv. The suspensions hanging down arnt holding a typical wire but rather a solind bus bar! 2 for each phase because of the parallel wires (more amperage). I think the bus bars are used to keep the proper distance away from the metal legs.
