this is rare to see around here. This in-line sub steps down voltage from 34 kV to a single phase of 7,200 kV for a small village along highway 12 / white pass in washington. There is also a 110kV line above the 34 but I don't think it's energized. It is deadended on the east side of the pass and I couldn't see where it connected to anything on the west. |
