I go garage selling every Saturday morning, mostly looking for books since insulator finds are very, very uncommon at sales in Seattle. Considering the time I've put in, it's actually surprising how few insulators I find. The most recent notable find was 4 purple Whitall Tatums about 2 years ago, better than nothing, but not a windfall. This Saturday was unusual; I went to a church "antique sale" to look at books. Found one Theodore Roosevelt book and turned around to see a nice porcelain mulitpart (M-2255) on the table next to a glass piece, a rare U-298! And check out those prices! The glass piece is not as green as the photo indicates, actually a standard aqua. I'm still not throwing it back.
