Blue CD 569.2 and Red "CD 102"

The blue CD 569.2 is a Neman from Belarus (faint HEMAH embossing) the red one is a VTS "commemorative" made in Korea. So, I don't know if the red one really qualifies as a Foreign Insulator, or not.
