More of the hand forged bracket. Here can be seen the metal strap bent and formed into the pin. Also the metal reinforcement tab is forged into the strap. You can see where the metal was heated and hammered until the two pieces were fused together. The holes for mounting the bracket were actually punched into the metal as opposed to being drilled.
