Brookfield 133 {220} ER - Can anyone explain the strange tie wire shown here ? It looks to be rigged to act as a fuse of some type . A smaller coiled wire wraped over a larger diameter wire .And why only one heavy wire attached to a insulator ? Its like a dead end ... Is thia a RR application ?
