Here's a one of a kind dark aqua glass insulator from Russia. Not listed in any of the books and only seen one other specimen condition insulator like it. Likely an obsolete design and therefore of very limited production because this piece is completely engulfed with electrical flashovers around the entire outer skirt. Also has a cool rock in the skirt!
