Sun-tinted purple glass #3

This is a piece of stained glass which was exposed to the afternoon sun in a church steeple for about 80 years. Note that the glass at the edges did not color, as it was protected by the leading.

This image was created by scanning the glass with an HP 5370 flat bed scanner. It looks darker than the real piece because the light had to pass through the glass twice (I could not find my transparency adapter!)
