Here's a close-up of the same fixture with LOTS of ice and snow crusted around the lightbulb. Winds were at 70 MPH gusts and everything that was falling from the sky was adhering to whatever it could horizontally! FYI this fixture and bulb survived without a glitch! This actually is a larger lightbulb previously cut-open with a 35W 12V halogen capsule inserted into it for effect (one of Joe's inventions!). No wonder why the movie companies hire him and rent his lights for vintage street lighting roadway scenes!
