This is a B 100 R (Reiforced, with no inner skirt) insulator mfd in Aug, 1955 by VACCARI, Genova. Vaccari insulators are not common and the factory closed in 1977. I'd been searching this insulator for over 30 years! (note the iron and the copper wire):
