The company logo is from their website, then converted to a jpeg from a gif file, and enlarged 3X from the original very small size (116 X 60 pixels). THat's why it's a bit "fuzzy" looking.

Directly transliterated, it reads "Yuznouralskaya Izolyatornaha Kompaniya", which means

"Yuznouralsk Insulator Company"

Youznouralsk is in Russia, apparently near Magnitogorsk, which is on the European side of the Ural River, which is the borderline between Eorupe and Asia.

They appear to have a similar line of glass insuilator products as does the Lviv Insulator Company in Lviv, Ukraine. In addition, they produce porcelain insulators and other electrical distribution material. The site is entirely in Russian, witn no English translation available.
