This is a glass suspension insulator that my husband brought home to me. He is a lineman, and was changing out insulators somewhere in Gibson, La. Can anyone tell me how old it is, and the value? It has markings on it that say, NG, 15000 lbs. on one side of the ball and socket and SED 71 M
