This is a FIL (Fabbrica Isolatori Livorno) MV insulator, mfd in 1931, in two pieces, under Goddard patent. These insulators are extremely rare, due their age, and 'cause they were produced in not large quantity, since they had problems in cement coupling of the two porcelain parts. Most of Goddard insulators have cracks, and it's a real luck to have one in mint conditions!
