Neat piece of light purple glass found along an abandoned rail bed in southeastern Arizona. Probably turned from the sun. The diameter of the lower portion of the inside of this item is two inches exactly. The heighth of the lower inner part is an inch and an eighth. Looks like the diameter of the lip at the top was about 1.5 inches. There is a very weak embossing on the bottom and inside. Looks like a "1" in a circle. Inkwell? Any other ideas?
