This little substation sits right on Highway 101 at the North end of Lincoln City, on the Oregon Coast. I am not a suspension insulator expert but I think these might be Lapps. They were also used on some of the older poles in the area. A few are still in service, as well as the pumpkin colored Lapp U-756 bowl types.
