Too bad it does not say Lma or it would be a 500.00 insulator! It is still a great piece & was either made by Lima or Locke. It is very early & VNM! The white mark is not damage, just extra porecelain from touching another piece in the kiln. You will have a hard time finding a nicer one with a great caved base! Lots of character in this piece & much nicer in real life!! Looks like the crude forged iron holder has lots of embossing that was painted over! 16.00 to your door postpaid!
