The top of the dam and thespillway at Chatuge Dam. These lakes and dams serve as a reservoir for storing water that feeds the TVA hydroelectric system in western NC, northern GA and eastern TN.

These lakes are also great for fishing, boating, swimming, etc, and are nice and close to the new home.
