This shows the base. It appears that a significant piece chipped or broke, but still adhered to the insulator. It is as if the outer layer and base had hardened, but the inside was still soft. There is enough seperation between the "chip" and the rest of the insulator that you can easily put your fingernail into it. (see arrow)

So, would it be fair to call this "Factory Mint"? :-)
