Here's a beautiful Royal Cobalt Blue Russian Insulator embossed "..HEMAH" (front skirt) 1967 TC-III (crown). VNM shape! (small inner base skirt bruise). This beauty comes from a telephone drop line on a house in Belarus. My camera doesn't capture the violet tint to it but this is a true Royal Cobalt! This is a newly assigned CD 569.2 variant.
