Here is a better picture from the Romanian 750 kV line. One chain has 44 Insulators: 24x44=1056 in straining and 12x44=528 in holding. Summa 1584 Insultaors on this trio pole!! And I don't counted the ones on the lightning protector wires.

One phase has 9 wires... It is a very great line!
