My daughter Gabrielle had just fallen alseep in the carriage and my wife had went into an art store to get measurements of a print when I looked up and spotted a what I think was a real work of art. The pole was suspended in mid air [midair mid-air] in the process of being replaced. Yes, that is a rope holding it in place and yes that is an umbrella over an outdoor dining take on the left. Yes those are rubber chickens on the new crossarms [cross arms]. I can't say that this looked OSHA safe. Taken in Clinton, New Jersey on September 4, 2005.
