I was looking along the shoreline of a local river when I happened upon a pleasant Hispanic man who was fishing. I had just found the ink bottle and he asked me what I was looking for. I told him old bottles and showed him the ink. He said "I help you look" and several moments later he handed me the 145.6. I asked him where he found it and he showed me but there were no more to be seen. I haven't cleaned it up yet, it has what looks like a pin with a metal core still stuck in it, the outside material (whatever it was) has long dissolved away. Thanks for looking.
