I was recently out hunting insulators in an old shut down railyard and found this large metal disk, about 15 1/2 inches in diameter, stamped with GE in middle. Any Ideas as to what it is?? It is heavy steel and has a 1/2 lip around the entire edge. Is this a train engine part?
