View looking east as we come back to the crossing at Silver Run Station, W. Va. At one time there was a main track and a passing track here. Still doing research on the area. Looking for photos of the original station and local features. Would like to find out more about the marble factory that was located here. In the early 1900's these little towns were booming. Oil and gas wells were everywhere. Cottage industriies abounded in the hills and valleys. The railroad provided the gateway to the rest of the country.
