Electric Power Board of Chattanooga linemen work to change out old fuse jacks feeding an underground riser with new fuse jacks. The first one is done, two more to follow. They did this while keeping the service hot - oddly enough, it fed the building I was in so I figured I had to take a picture. This pole is now gone, less than two years later they put it all underground.
