I was recently given this piece along with 3 others in a box of mostly glass. At first, I wasn't sure they were even insulators until I noticed the Ohio Brass logo on the top. The bottoms are unglazed and have the number 13711 marked on them. Does anyone know what these were used on, where they were used and how old they are?
