Here's another of the pieces which turned up from the same box of insulators from a particularly kind gent who owned a bit of a junk shop in a town north of where I live. It's a [040] DIAMOND CD 102 with milk swirls all through out, AND a fair amount of an amber streak in the front wire groove / dome area.
