This one probably would have enough air trapped in it to allow respiration in an average adult male for... no time at all, really. And it's likely not oxygen to any great degree in those bubbles. But, the point is that there's a lot of bubbles in this insulator! This is another of the pieces I retrieved from a dusty box of insulators from a flea market in celebration of Canada day! Even got a little amber in it!
