I was driving through Fallon, Nevada, and spotted this little guy on a low power line heading to a farm house. For the life of me I cannot figure out he CD number. I see a smooth base, a flared skirt, a possible embossing protrusion in the top picture and maybe a deformity near the wire groove and another possible embossing protrusion in the bottom picture. (Star / Star ?) Hard to tell the size from the ground with nothing else around to compare it to. It could be a pony.

I must admit I'm stumped. What do you think?
