The pole is on a side street and to the right, the wires are coming from the 3 phase 4160 V. line along the main street. (11th). One 2400 V. phase on the upper right insulator feeds the big xfmr. and keeps going down the street. The other 2400 V. phase on the upper left feeds the small booster xfmr. and dead ends. The wire that continues from it to the left is actually a dead section guy strand to the next pole to keep the crossarm balanced and from twisting. The neutral (grounded wire) is tied to the CD 162 on the lower crossarm. |
