These really old small 3 part multiparts were holding up a platform where a line worker would stand to throw a big 3 phase section break switch. They are really crude and thought to be Fred Locke M-3060's but none of them were marked as such. At the old Pacific Power & Light Co. Pasco substation, 1980.
