This is pole No. 1 at the old Pacific Power Pasco WA. substation seen in the previous photo. This is not really a double 3 phase 66kv. circuit, but is the same line entering and leaving the substation yard. The multiparts are Thomas M-4420, I am not sure what the suspensions are but they are old. Notice the wooden guy strain insulator, coming up in the next photo. Photos taken in 1980.
