This was the old Pacific Power & Light Co. Pasco WA. substation building where the multipart switch in the previous photo was located. The building does not exist anymore and the entire switchyard has been removed and rebuilt. PP&L does not serve this territory anymore but, for years, has maintained an intertie with the Public Utility District serving the area.
