The wheel was given to me with a lot more common insulators. The wooden spokes look like insulator pegs. The wheel is five inches wide and 17" diameter. Check out the gazebo in the back ground with the insulators hanging, that's my next project. Thanks for the reply Bob A. and Earnest G.
