Here are two no-name CD 145 Canadian beehives. These don't come up near as often as the larger "golden boy" straws and peaches. On the left is one likely produced by the Hamilton Glass Co. Bright blue aqua with small olive-amber strings in the inner skirt. From my understanding this is the [No embossing] {Canadian style} {MLOD} [020] index in the price guide at $50-$75. I have sold 4 of these over the past 4 years and this one has the cleanest base of them all. The base edge on these must tend to be somewhat fragile. It does have some surface annealing cracks - but none go through the glass at all. Overall - near mint. On the left is what is likely a Brookfield mold - but there is no trace of crown embossing anywhere! Not a single letter or number to be found where the normal crown embossing would be. Only a "1" on the very top of the dome. This might have been the most worn out CREB mold to ever get used. Also found in Canada. As an added bonus - the mass just above the wire groove is a good sized potstone rock. Overall very near mint condition. Asking $50 + shipping for the pair. Email with questions or offers. I accept check, money order, or PayPal. SOLD |
