This is possibly a U-118. It is recessed-embossed with the Ohio Brass logo. There are no other markings. If you can verify the "U" number, please let me know and I will post it. This piece is tall and thin. It measures a little less than 2-3/4" wide at the base by just under 4" tall.

This is one of a few interesting porcelain pieces I was lucky enough to have in my possession for just a few days before delivering them to their new owner. I liked them so much, I decided to photograph some of them and post them for reference.
