With all the recent talk about unpunched spools, I thought I'd share this one with you. I got this piece from Bob Stahr a couple of years ago. It was dug at the Hemingray dump. It's a no name ice aqua spool with a carnival coating and the plug is still intact. ( see second picture) It has a few dings but not too bad. The carnival coating looks sort of heavy near the bottom. Maybe that's why it was rejected. The front is embossed D-518. 5 Back reads Made IN U.S.A. The N is stamped over a 5. (see third picture)
