I ran a search, and didn't see a photo of one of these cute early Brookfields, so I'm posting this for reference. There are two embossing variants of the CD 287.2 with the Brookfield name on them. They are approximately 3-1/2" wide across the bottom. Both have MLOD (mold line over the dome) and "LOCKE PATENTS PENDING" on the front skirt. This one appears to be the narrow dome style.
