Likely made by Novelty Glass, this is one of the toughest styles to obtain with the star embossing. If a large quantity of these were ever made, they must be buried in a mine somewhere. I would guess a dozen or so are known in the hobby, with many being heavily to severely fractured, especially the aqua ones.
