I am getting this one from Pavel Yelkin, a CD 579.5 (?) embossed with the "Imperial" era double-headed Eagle and with the manufacturer's name "Maltsovskoii" in Cyrillic lettering, in an arc below the eagle. Update 3-DEC-07: This apparently is listed as CD 547.

The Maltsov Glass Factory has been making high quality glass and crystal for centuries, and in located in a city of which the name translates to "Crystal Goose", in Russian.

Update, 24 May 2005:

This may not be a CD 579.5, GIFONA shows the CD 579.5 as being 4 3/8 inches tall, and 3 3/8 inches wide at the base, this one is much smaller, 2 3/4 inches tall, 2 5/16 inches wide at the base.
