This lone CD 102 on the dilapidated power pole is shown holding the grounded wire of a 12.5kv. power line not far from my house here in Portland, Oregon. The old pole is along the right of way of the abandoned Portland Traction interurban electric railway and was once the telephone talk circuit for the railway. Sometime in the last 20 years, PGE power linemen decided to tie the grounded wire to the old telephone line pole.
