Here is a side view of what I believe is a CD 191 Denver-made product. Note the bubbles in the glass (a couple have popped through the base rim). At the top of the pinhole are some sideways "filing" marks which I have not seen on any similar "diamond" two-piece insulator upper sections. Any corrections/info would be appreciated. I am going to follow-up with another photo of this neat piece.
