Here we have a No Name CD 162 [030] (F-Skirt) PETTICOAT (R-Skirt) PETTICOAT. This is an uncommon Hemingray product. The condition is decent, however as you can see there are some chips. There are four shallow chips around the upper wire groove lip, ranging from one thumbnail sized to half a pinky; one skirt chip that takes out part of two drips, and four other chipped drips.
